A real camera moves a little when the explosion goes off. The lens flares, halates, breathes. Grain settles into the shadows. New things get rained on, sun-faded, scuffed at the edges — nothing in the world stays the way it was made. A digital shot is born without any of that, and the eye knows. Perfect reads as fake.

The discipline is building those qualities in from the start — the slight drift in a real camera move, the way a lens responds to a hot light, the weather a surface picks up the moment it stops being new. Not patched on at the end as cleanup. Designed in as creation, so a shot reads as having lived.

Post is the center of gravity — color, conform, mastering, and the deliverables package: DCP, IMF, broadcast specs, web encodes. We build VFX where a job calls for it, and we take work others build and make it sit in frame. We also consult on shooting projects: preproduction planning, VFX advising, on-set when needed. The throughline is the same in every room.
